Power, performance and reliability
Konecranes forklifts are made with care, craftsmanship and the latest smart technologies. The power, performance and reliability of every Konecranes forklift is based on three things that are at the heart of our technology: a strong chassis, efficient load-sensing hydraulics and intelligent electronic machine control. We are always working on new services and technology.

Strong Box-type chassis
Our box-type chassis is the strongest on the market. It is made of four welded steel plates as a closed box section. Compared to a conventional forklift chassis, it has double the torsional stiffness and higher strength, fewer stresses and strains, higher lifting capacity without reductions at high lift heights and strong tilt attachments in both the chassis and mast.

In addition, during maintenance, this structure helps keep the engine compartment clean and clear to prevent dirt and oil accumulation thanks to its flat surface, reducing the risk of fire due to accumulated grease.

Efficient load-dependent hydraulics
Our trucks come with hydraulics that can detect the load and adjust the lifting capacity according to the weight of the load. The forklift only delivers maximum power when really necessary, consumes less fuel and reduces emissions and noise.

Maintenance intervals are longer (4,000 – 12,000 hours); there is less wear and tear on components, all of which contributes to a lower total cost of ownership.

Intelligent Electronic Machine Control (EMC) & TRUCONNECT remote monitoring
Our Electronic Machine Control system, EMC Master, monitors the vital components and functions of the forklift. The settings are programmable to suit your needs. It can be linked to Konecranes’ TRUCONNECT Remote Monitoring and reporting system (Basic, Premium, Premium+ subscription packages are available).

In addition, CanBus technology increases engine and transmission reliability.
